The room was very clean. There was a supermarket close to the hotel. This made buying necessities easy. The room size was adequate and comfortable. The check-out process was quick and efficient, important when I was in a hurry.

The hotel is not very close to the metro station, so using public transport required some planning.

The room i got wasn't great. The air conditioning barely worked, it was pretty bad. the noise was constant. also, the promised bus service to the mall was not reliable. It rarely showed up when scheduled, so i had to get taxis instead.

The staff was very nice! Aliana, Salah, and Sumitra were helpful. All the bell boys did a GREAT job.

The room was not cleaned very well when I arrived. I had to ask for a thorough cleaning the next day. It was a LITTLE annoying. The room felt congested due to excess furniture, hard to move around.
